I'd suggest--
Pick a date and hopefully a volunteer would step forth in each region/state and host.
Then if it all worked out and somebody at the regional/state Gathering could jump on Skype and video conference to link sites.....
Then for dessert we all sync our watches and send a massive amount of Txt,Vmail and any other Virtual comunucation we could to Rich...
