Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but when I worked for a local retailer as an operator we kept track of this "fog in Jan=100 days later rain" wives tale. Unfortunately, it was right more than it was wrong, by my calculation, we are looking at rain events from the 24th through the 28th of April as of today. We'll see, I have it marked on my calendar.
