Lapel, In | Beyond education, I see no role in government that makes any sense. Either give it away to those who would use it or make so cheap that the dopeheads would only have to steal a little from the citizens to support their habits. Never thought I would even think this way 20 years ago, but our efforts to legislate morality has failed miserably once again. Educate, don't legislate.It works. Let the individual buy into sobriety, by letting him make the choice. | |
