I thought i would post this over here to see if anybody could help. I was dialing a number an the parties phone rings but after three rings i get this awful screeching noise that goes on for about a minute an then then the line goes dead. So what would this. Its not a busy signal or it keeps ringing an they dont answer. So what would this be. I am baffled. Thanks for any help
