| I am remodling/updating a house that we plan to move to. One bathroom had leaks around the shower. I tore it all out and found a couple of studs rotten at the base and most of the floor plates with a little rot as well. It all is still solid, what happens if I leave it and recover the walls compared to repairing and replacing these pieces?
This is a house built on a slab and about 40 years old.
Thanks for any advice.
