Would northwest iowa work? 45-55 miles east of sioux city iowa? We have plenty of turkey, about 25-30 inches on snow on the ground and not all the gravels are unplugged yet so it sucks to walk to hunt in this stuff. We've been coyote hunting with snowmobiles running the feilds right now.
