| What kind of hoops and paper work does a guy have to do when hiring a full timer? Before now always just hired friends part time and payed under the table so dont know what the process is. Thinking about buying another truck and getting commerical license so new guy could keep busy hauling for local coop/ stuff like that in off season. No lifestock just row crop so me and my father can keep up hauling, working on equipment in the off season. Am i spinning my wheels having him truck for hire in slow times? We really need another truck driver/combine operator and our part timers cant operate those. Dont know if new guy wants us to supply him with healthcare or he has his own. I know that would be a big one. Oh well barry should help me out on that one right!! HA HA thanks | |
