I saw an add on TV for this auction website that showed incredibly low ending prices so I had to check it out. They've got an interesting concept to say the least. You have to buy bids before you can place them and the bid amount can only be increased by a penny. They do have an autobidding program where you specify you want to bid when the price gets to a certain level and how many bids to make. From what I could tell the bids cost roughly 70 cents each depending how many you buy at once. A lot of the auctions that they have are for more bids so you're spending bids to get more bids. For some reason I visualize a lot of teenage kids at home or on their smart phone learning the bidding process on mom and dad's nickel.
