| I imagine many of you make this visit. Just curious as to what is involved for you and your lender. What kind of documents do you provide, what ratios are looked at, and how do each of you decide if youv'e made financial progress or not. Each operation and lender is different and after a few years of getting to know each others mode of action it should become easier. Don't get personal but what is working for you? | |
