North End I-15 | never know from one day to the next if cars will be spotted. The rail line is in the bottom of a gultch and the cars are tough to spot with all the other traffice in there. Some times they bring the cars but spot them @ wrong location , then its another day before they come back . Train makes one trip up , one back a day , Mega tons of freight going north and south .
The rail line and I-15 are two of the largest commercial entry/export crossings from Bellingham/Blaine Wa to ND some where .
I'm retired ? :>) Just helping son in law get his feet on the ground and running .
He has been home on the family farm /ranch for years , this lease should help round out his operation. Give him some positive cash flow , @ 40 + years of age he needs to get er done :>) | |
