Hooray, It is going to get to 40F, today. We have been bouncing around 0F since Christmas. Maybe the snow on the roads will finally melt. We are easy 20 to 30 degrees colder than normal. Feels almost like Fargo during the last few weeks. YES, I have lived in Fargo for 2.5 years so I can talk about it.
