Got a humidifier on a new Bryant furnace we bought this summer so I am learning how to set it.  What is the optimim humidity inside a home ?  The outdoor temps average about 5 above zero in January and the furnace salesman told me to raise the humidity till there is just a little frost in the bottom of the windows.  Any suggestions ???
