Harristown, IL | Try to walk 30 min a day. Doing stretches makes you fell good too. Denise Austin has some good yoga stretches (and she's easy on the eyes also). When you first start her stretches, you think no way. then after a week your pretty good.
It's hard to get in the habit of working out. After you get the habit, its easy to stay with it.
Start slow so you don't hurt yourself. Keeping your muscles toned up is important too. If you don't have any equipment, you can use a book for weight. Walk around the house. And you don't have to work out all at one time, you can break it up, some in the morning and some before supper. Don't exercise 2 hours before bed, or you will have a hard time falling a sleep.
There are several good web sights, and daily emails with advise, and exercises.
good luck. | |
