| I'm afraid I HAVE some Tuscany faucets. Same problem you had, we wanted brass finish. Now have the 3rd cartridge in the shower, no good. It will NOT mix the water temps right. Each new cartridge performs the same. (Yes, I have switched the water lines beneath the house... and back again.) Now we're looking at replacing the whole valve with Delta (like we should have got in the first place).
I will say the company that distributes them in Chicago, LDI Industries (it's not Tuscany) has sent me 2 replacement cartridges for free. That's nice. :(
