North Idaho | You gotta wonder what kinda computer pricing matrix thing-a-ma-jiggy airlines use to determine the price for a given flight. I bought tickets for our vacation and every time I logged on it was a different price.
Same airline, same flights
Price per person
Monday: Spokane to Kauai $642
Tuesday: 9:am $592
Tuesday: 10:am $580
Wednesday: 10: am $694
Gotta hand it to Alaska Airlines though. I booked the Flight Monday @$642 each,
Checked again Tuesday it was $592 called the airlines and by the time I got an agent it was $580 she credited back the difference and gave each one of us an additional $100 discount voucher for our next flight. She said check the web site again Wednesday and if it is cheaper they would give us another $100 each. So I did and today it is $694. Go figure................
