I have a HP rugged TR3000. Itronix made it for HP. HP no longers sell them but Itronix still makes them. It's been dropped a few times (3-4 feet fall on concrete). Never had gotten it wet. So don't know about that. Nice unit but spendy. Bought mine used off of ebay.
