DeKalb, IL | I assure you, I don't know the 'right' way, but the following has worked for me with Internet Explorer. There's a folder on your drive called Favorites. In XP, it's located in C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Account\. I've simply copied that folder over to the newer computer and placed it in the same location on the new C: drive and everything's worked. It sure beats the other way of writing out the addresses and recreating the file from scratch.
There's probably another way to accomplish this, and I'll be looking for answers from the pros, too. | |
