Grand Rapids, MI | I am an EasiSuite user and can attest to what Macy has said. I have used SiteMate extensively with EasiSuite. From writing prescriptions to use with SiteMate VRA version, to simple background shapefiles for soil testing, importing as applied maps of nitrogen with the SiteMate PDA hooked to a Raven controller, etc.
Once you do the initial setup of the data structures, you would never know that SiteMate wasn't a Mapshots branded product. I have not used the Farworks desktop software, but I am obviously an advocate of the EasiSuite package. The best out there for my needs, and I think it will do everything you are looking for very well.
I echo Ted's point. Dont throw out EasiSuite for not having a branded mobile GPS enabled logger. Look at which desktop software best fits your needs.
