There are BIG differences in boundaries. If you just want to know your acres, have the boundary snapped over an aerial image in the office or let the insurance guy run them with a WASS receiver. These are somewhere in a 1-3 meter accuracy range.
If you want to actually utilize the digital boundary with your equipment in your cab display, 1-3 meters of accuracy won't do you much good in a GPS Swath Control world. These have to be driven in the field and you'd better have something under 12 inches of accuracy or you will have many misses and/or dead spots when the sprayer is running. These boundaries will run you in the $1 - $2 an acre range, but they are very accurate and have 100% utilization on your farm equipment, and for your insurance agent. Just some food for thought.
