Used Freepeoplesearch on the internet a few days ago and now everytime I turn on the computer I get this Open File Security Warning.

Publisher - Unknown Publisher
Type: Application
From: C:/Documents and Settings/Compaq_owner/Local...
Run Cancel
How can I get rid of this?
