West Central Wisconsin | I like the steam juicer I bought two years ago. I enjoy making wine but in the summer, when fruit is ready to be picked, I'm a little strapped for time. With the steam juicer I can take a few hours to pick the fruit, put it in the cooler and when I have enough, juice it in the evening. I will then freeze it in quart containers and make wine in the winter when I have more time. Another thing you can do is let the juice drain directly into a sterilized quart jar, put a lid on it and it seals itself to be used as breakfast drink. Just add sugar and water. Joe. | |
