Interesting. I have IE7 too and tried it. You cant organize by clicking on the star symbol but if you click on Favorites where it says file, edit, view, favorites,tools, help bar then you can organize them like you used to do it. At least on mine. Most of the time I use Firefox explorer though.
How do I organize my favorites in IE7?
