Subject: Meatloaf

High Springs, Florida
Found this recipe on another site, looks good, I think I'll make it Friday night:

3 Lbs 75% lean grounf beef
1 Lb thick sliced hickory smoked bacon
1/2 lb Italian seasoned bread crumbs
4 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onions
Garlic
Paprika
Steak Seasoning
3 cups Heins Ketchup

I fry up half the bacon and crumble it up in with the beef, then lay the other 1/2 pound over the top.

Add a tsp or 2 of powdered mustard (or hell, regular mustard for that matter) and a 1/2 cup of brown sugar to the glaze (I'm assuming the ketchup is for the glaze), it'll taste even better.

For a different flavor try soy sauce and red wine in the sauce too.
