Ive got one 8760 that has become a money pit. As far as the vibration goes, anyones guess.
One of ours went gutless about 400 hours after an engine rebuild. First issue I found was a broken line between the intake manifold near the turbo and the injector pump/governor. (Something to do with boost sensing)
That helped but didnt solve it. Had the injector pump rebuilt and the shop co9mmented on how badly worn it was. 7800hour mark.

Now having said all that, every grey haired deere mechanic tells me the 619's LOVE head gaskets. I say stuff like "i thought they fixed it when they stopped using the engine as frame" and they usually chuckle,,, which isnt a good sign.

Totally unrelated note, want to buy an 8000 hour 8760 with 600 hours on the engine? :)
what will replace it
