Subject: Linear actuators

Whitewater, WI
I would like to install a 12v linear actuator on my Freissen 220 seed tender to raise the auger up without having to climb up and down it. My preference would be to install the acuator on the side of the tender and have it pull down on the outer portion of the bottom of the auger causing it to extend into position. I would have to build brackets on the side and an arm on the bottom of the auger. I feel it will take quite a bit of torque and don't have experience with them. Anyone done something similar with a recommendation on an actuator or thoughts? Thanks
