Firestone and Goodyear both used to make bias 12 ply impliment tires that were rated for highway speeds.

We never pulled any of our forage wagons anywhere near that fast but those tires were the only thing we got good service out of. They cost too much to buy but it saved a lot of fixing flats!

Their radial implement tires are probably rated for higher loads and have as big or bigger footprint. I’ve never used any but I know people on AGTALK have.
