I posted about my 2004 Chevy Silverado cranking but not starting. I cleaned the throttle body as was suggested ( it was dirty and sticky). That was the only service which had not been tried. If this doesn't solve the problem I may use a hammer as suggested, but... not in the proper way! ;-)
