| Using your demarcation of the Mississippi River approximate 2023 production for the top 11 corn producing states:
East 2023 production: 4.6 billion bushels
West 2023 production: 8.3 billion bushels
Considering West produces ~80% more, East of the Mississippi isn’t necessarily “where it matters”
