Subject: JD 1790 - Singulation Issue

Got a 2014 JD 1790. Planting corn on no till ground. I have a singulation issue on only the right side of my planter specifically row 12-16 (so the right wing rows). I’ve replaced the seed discs and parallel arms recently. I’ve played with the vac pressure ranging from 12-20. I’ve played with down pressure from 250-350. Increasing down pressure seemed to help a little but rows 1-11 have almost zero skips or doubles. I’ve checked all vac connections and hoses. Using plenty of talc. Seed size doesn’t seem to affect it as I’ve adjusted the eliminators every way possible. JD tech as well as a handful of farmer friends are completely baffeled. Can anyone help?
