If you use a Spot On tester or the similar you can check each nozzle in about 5 seconds. As was mentioned above, 10% deviation they need replaced. It doesn't take much to damage a nozzle; bounce off a terrace, smack a fence post, drop on the concrete, etc. If you spray water across a concrete pad and watch it dry it will give you a good idea about how uniform your boom is.
