coast of Maine | I would start in the battery box.Remove all the nuts on cables,clean studs and nuts and cable ends.Then (when cables are off) check tightness on starter both grounds and supply.Rehook your batteries.The solenoid on the fire wall is just a signal to the solenoid on that starter.If firewall one clicks check the supply wire to the solenoid on starter that runs from the fire wall unit.Most likely the starter supply wires are loose or corroded,,at least here its that way.Do not blow the batteries up in your face when wires are of the batteries and you slip with a wrench. | |
