IL | Since we got rained out at the end of last week, we road along with our son as a judged a couple livestock shows….. swine in Carmi, IL, and cattle in Mansfield, OH. We like to go watch him work when we can, as we don’t go to as many shows with the kids grown up. I call it our county fairground tour since we get to see parts of country we may not normally get to .
Btw, we ended up doing call ahead seating to Texas Roadhouse, while in the road. We were going to try the Brown Derby, but I got out voted
