Its a dry fertilizer box,works bedder the best with a couple 100 lbs in it.Did not need to put fert on so I chucked in (forklift) a manual thumb that we broke off an excavator years ago.Basically ballast,,,less bounce ,better shaped beds that need to last 3 years.
