West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | Ya, after the little bit I researched this morning, I plan on sticking with Almond flour and Pork Panco for my keto friendly cooking/baking flour needs. Cricket flour might be a little too "earthy" tasting for me. Cricket flour is expensive too. I was surprised how many people appear to be experimenting with cooking with Acheta flour...probably the same people eating corn smut. I'll let them help save the world by eating bugs. |
