Subject: Steels wheels on a hopper vs Aluminum Duals VS Super Singles

Recently bought a Timpte trailer with Ag Hoppers. Its SPRING ride and currently has steel wheels and 24.5 tires. First off i probably wont put but 3000 miles a year at most on it. Mostly short runs less than 10 miles to the grain elevator or bins 1 way. I really want aluminum wheels, Super Singles are everywhere good tires on good rims mounted ready to go and very affordable compared to buying 4 24.5 rims and then i still need a couple tires to replace some very worn ones. From measuring SS vs whats on the trailer now i only see my height changing about 1.5-2". The only time that will matter is dumping in a swing away hopper but im just looking for other opinions before i pick a direction. ive got a spare SS so thats not a worry. Yes i Know if 1 goes flat there you sit and i wouldnt consider it if i traveled the highway everyday but thats not the case. Thanks for any and all input!
