Lowrys is what I use the most often just because my wife never uses it and I can find it easy. I can go for weeks eating hamburger for lunch and never get tired of it. My wife likes to point out that it has sugar in it but I doubt I use a whole tea spoon a day. I never throw the grease away. I use it to wilt spinach and eat he whole mess as a side to my burger.
