West Central Illinois | Have a 8245 R hooked to 1795 planter.
When ever I stop tractor in the field to check planting depth or other, as I reengage auto steer when starting to move forward to continue planting my 3pt hitch drops 4%.
If I have the 3 point hitch set to level the planter frame, with two or three stops and starts with reengage of the auto steer each time my 3 pt hitch is almost to max lower.
Even if I have the 3 pt hitch lower limit set at 16% it will keep lowering past that setting.
The only way I have kept the 3pt from moving lower after a stop and start is to lock the 3pt at my desired height with the hitch lock command.
Any Ideas what might be causing the hitch to move like this???? | |
