| I’m having some frustrating issues and hope some of you all with more experience with this planter can help. I have a John Deere 7200 MaxEmerge2 8 Row Narrow planter and a John Deere 4240 tractor. When I try to lower the planter it immediately kicks the hydraulic system out of detent and stops lowering the planter. I’ve tried adding restrictors to the hydraulic lines to the tractor, individually and both, with no success. I’ve even tried another JD tractor with the same results. The most frustrating part is that it works just fine on my Massey Ferguson 1155. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. | |
