You will be fine, I've had 32 degrees - 28 degrees on beans the last 7 years and never replanted due to frost. The cotyledons actually have an antifreeze like substance in them, once you roll out to your foliolate leaves your risk goes up. If you planted 140,000 you might get 120-130k, the ones leaning against trash will be the first ones affected. I have personally seen a bean get damaged from frost then throw two new shoots, Ive also replanted more because of a crust and not a frost. Once the cold weather is gone, squeeze the top of the stem/neck. If its soft its dead, if its firm then good to go!
