Eastern Washington State | I have one and I really like it for operations where you want more feel, like pressing bearings. Definitely worth having. I also have a 20-ton hydraulic press and the arbor is NOT a replacement for that, you need both. You can’t beat the hydraulic press when you need to make things come apart.
The arbor press I have is an import (Jet brand) 3-ton. I wouldn’t want anything smaller and I wish I would have spent the money for a better ratcheting press (like a Dake). | |
