Have you tried a regular carriage head bolt for that?
I thought you were going to be asking about the rivets that hold the blades on the arm.
I’ve never had any luck with carriage head bolts. Too soft. I know the “correct” bolt is too high for what it is but I’ve had scrapers bend but the bolts never break.
