| I have already eliminated all the common issues like settings and calibrations. The only way to get the solution pump to make any pressure over a minimal amount. Is to activate some other hydraulic control whereby making the main hydraulic come into stroke.
Iv hooked up a pressure gauge to the load sense port of the valve body that controls the solution pump. I'm getting 0 psi with pump on. I went as far to shoot 12v straight to the main proportional valve solenoid and still get no load sense pressure. Without having hydraulic schematics, it makes it very hard to track don possible points of failure. I'm still thinking blown O-ring. But I guess it could be more serious like a broken valve body or a cracked logic block. | |
