| Have a FMX with Field IQ hooked to our planter with 1 implement lift switch currently. I would like to add another to remedy the problem of the planter shutting off if the wheel with the switch drops in a hole
The implement switch hooks into a wire labeled “Imp SW” that comes off of one of the section control modules. I have another section control module with an unused “Imp SW” wire coming from it.
Is adding another switch as simple as hooking the second switch to that unused wire and then adding it in the Implement Setup menu?
Or do the switches need to be hooked in series to the same wire that the single switch is currently hooked to?
