easiest way ive found is to take the belt of the pulley, get a wrench and 1/2 ratchet and socket and bang the wrench against the chopper pan with the ratchet. havent had one yet that has come loose. then reverse procedure to tighten, may have to use the ratchet and rest it against the chopper pan
