Osakis, MN | I just converted a 2101 Hagie to a JD rate controller. I think I have it all working correctly now. I purchased a Greenstar iso harness, a JD gs2 rate controller, a pile of wire harnesses from ag express. They are the iso bypass self-propelled sprayer kits they have. I also ordered a rate controller to raven 460 harness that plugs into the gs rate controller and then goes to the harness that used to plug into the 460. And a power Y cable that powers the greenstar harness and the rate controller.
The console switches need a bit of a wiring bypass to allow the boom signal wire to jump to the sprayer valves signal wire, so I cut a short u shaped wire and stripped the ends and jumped the signal colored wire to the switch sprayer side wire. I really need to do a full picture post with detailed part numbers for the 2100 2101 Hagie if after I've had it out in the field to test it properly I find it's correct. The Hagie boom switches will have to be left in the off/switch position to allow the greenstar rate controller to function properly while the switch is bypassed.
Here are a couple of things I have saved for reference materials if it helps.
