Thanks for asking.  Not yet.. but they did add more to our forecast.  So far since January 8th we've received 0.75".. only about 25% of what we did a year ago.  We had to fire up pivots to pre water.. in order to plant.  They are talking about prevented plantings on dryland.. but there is still time.

Wheat conditions continue to deteriorate.
