Markets getting ready to move one way or the other.....
I got 55% of my corn in the ground, 0% of beans in the ground.
We ALWAYS get at least on weather scare in the spring, right????
I guess I think we go lower for the next 2 weeks and monitor weather and planting progress.....
Local cash corn basis continues to strengthen. 2 local ethanol plants now listed at 28 cents over and 18 cents over......
Locally I would say about a third to a half of guys planted corn and got 25-50% of their corn in , other half to 1/3rd decided to wait until after this rain....
