Croswell, Michigan | Not sure if this is of any help but our 7630 threw a turbo actuator code. Turns out the linkage for the variable geometry turbo was worn causing the code. The linkage was not replaceable so we wound up putting a new turbo and actuator on. I have a pretty sharp local repair guy and on his suggestion we had the egr deleted after we replaced the turbo. This was two years ago on a 1300hr tractor, no problems since then.
