N FLA | I turned them in a 5 acre field yesterday. That had nice ryegrass on it. I only graze it every other weekend or so when I can be nearby/available, because it still has damage fence from the hurricane. So that was nice feed yesterday. But this was the unfertilized homestead yard and I wouldn't call it nice feed at all. But it was fresh tops.
Maybe it's more related to turn out yesterday. I didn't see her walk into the homestead yard today. I just opened the gate and left for another farm this morning. Only a few of them came in the yard because they had pretty good feed left where they were. | |
