Not to be a smart ass but the switch at the rear-right is turned on right?  Called for service one day on an 7800 and the tech. called me back and asked if the switch was on. (it wasn't) Apparently they get a couple of calls every spring that the switch gets turned off over the winter and over looked come spring.
